Chocolate Hazelnut Torte


This celebration cake was served at the Saloman's Inaugural Ball. Three layers of chocolate cake are layered with chocolate hazelnut mousse. The torte is garnished with sugar spirals, toasted hazelnuts and chocolate curls.

This is my favorite cake there is. Three layers of butter moist cake are layered with flavorful strawberries and whipped cream frosting. This is a perfect combination of the classic flavors; strawberries and cream. ($42 for cake, sugar cage garnish - pictured in spice cake - $5)

Manicotti with Spinach and Meat

This dish is delicate enough to serve at a dinner party and hearty enough to have as a weeknight dinner. The pasta is filled with a cheesy spinach and meat mixture and then topped with tomato sauce. These manicotti can also be frozen and baked off for a quick dinner another day. ($9 per serving, minimum 2 servings)

Grilled Pizza

Grilled pizzas (9" diameter) topped with chicken, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, and caramelized onions. Reheat at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. ($8 per pizza/ minimum serving 2)

Sausage, Sun-dried Tomato and Spinach Penne

This penne is packed with flavor since it cooks in a creamy broth. Can be made with milder sausage for a less spicy version. ($8 per person, minumum serving: 2)
