Chocolate Hazelnut Torte
This celebration cake was served at the Saloman's Inaugural Ball. Three layers of chocolate cake are layered with chocolate hazelnut mousse. The torte is garnished with sugar spirals, toasted hazelnuts and chocolate curls.
