Manicotti with Spinach and Meat

This dish is delicate enough to serve at a dinner party and hearty enough to have as a weeknight dinner. The pasta is filled with a cheesy spinach and meat mixture and then topped with tomato sauce. These manicotti can also be frozen and baked off for a quick dinner another day. ($9 per serving, minimum 2 servings)
